HOW TO MAKE AN APPLICATION?

1) The application for the appointment of an Emergency Arbitrator is submitted to the Secretariat (The application may be sent by e-mail to arbitration@istac.org.tr).

2) The applicant shall deposit the fees and costs for the Emergency Arbitrator into the following bank account, and submit the proof of payment to the Secretariat.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

1) The President of the Board of Arbitration appoints the Emergency Arbitrator within 2 working days of the receipt of the application.

2) The Secretariat transmits the file to the Emergency Arbitrator.

3) The Emergency Arbitrator renders a decision within at least 7 days of receipt of the case, and submits its decision to the Secretariat.
