ISTAC offers services as appointing authority in ad hoc arbitrations. It is sufficient for the parties to agree that the arbitrator(s) are to be appointed by the ISTAC Board of Arbitration.
Parties wishing to benefit from such service should apply to ISTAC and deposit the required fee pursuant to Article 5 of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre Rules On Costs And Fees Scales.
