Winter Academy on International Arbitration is an educational platform for young professionals to gain a deeper understanding of international arbitration. The Winter Academy is an opportunity for individuals from various backgrounds to gather, exchange knowledge, participate in practical sessions, and engage in foundational courses on arbitration. Participants have the chance to delve into intriguing and thorough topics in the realm of international commercial arbitration.

The 6th edition of the Winter Academy is dedicated to challenges posed by the fragmentation in international arbitration, such as competing national regimes, deviations from international conventions, enforcement challenges, and more. Among the Academy tutors 2026 are renowned arbitration experts from various jurisdictions, including Bahrain, China, UAE, Russia, Singapore, USA, and others.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss these and other topics live with outstanding lecturers, including Prof. Dr. Ziya Akinci, Sarah Grimmer, Paul Key KC, Dr. Yulia Levashova, Shaun Leong, Prof. Dr. Kamal Adnan Malas, Marike Paulsson, and others.
