Young ISTAC Introduced ISTAC Rules in Hamburg

The members of Young ISTAC, Ezgi Babur von Schwander, Kerem Çelikboya and Leyla Orak Çelikboya made a presentation on June 28, 2017 within the “Brown Bag Lunch” events at the offices of CMS in Hamburg, Germany. At the presentation, topics such as practice and procedure of international arbitration in Turkey and ISTAC Arbitration Rules have been analyzed.

In the event attended by arbitration practitioners in Hamburg, specific topics such as recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Turkey have also been covered.
