But which of the many developments and decisions should Turkish practitioners be most alive to? In this session, a leading panel will offer a high speed update on the year just gone, and which aspects matter \u2013 and why<\/p>\n<p>Developments the panel are expected to discuss include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which cases and other developments will have the greatest impact within Turkey?<\/li>\n<li>Can investment arbitration help companies affected by regional politics (cancelled contracts etc)?
