The Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) and the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) have decided to engage in joint efforts by way of conferences. These yearly conferences aim to introduce the rules of both institutions, to set out their distinguishing features, and to explain why these two institutions are better alternatives to other regional and international institutions for the resolution of international disputes.<\/p>\n

In this respect, the third joint conference will be held on February 1, 2018 in Istanbul with collaboration of Derains & Gharavi Law Firm. This is a half day conference and open to legal practitioners, in-house counsel, business people and distinguished scholars.<\/p>\n
