The joint conference of ISTAC and CMS Vienna, sponsored by ATIS (Association of Austrian and Turkish entrepreneurs and industrialists) was held in Vienna on 11 April 2017.<\/p>\n

In the first session of the conference, ISTAC Secretary General Dr. Candan Yasan Tepeta\u015f and Young ISTAC’s foreign affairs committee coordinator Att. N. Can I\u015f\u0131kta\u00e7\u00a0introduced the Istanbul Arbitration Centre and in particular ISTAC\u00a0Fast Track Arbitration Rules.<\/p>\n

In the second session, Dr. D\u00f6ne Yal\u00e7\u0131n, moderated a panel in which\u00a0Daniela Karollus-Bruner (CMS Vienna),\u00a0Dr. Dorothee Ruckteschler (CMS Stuttgart) and Dr. Candan Yasan Tepeta\u015f (ISTAC) discussed the advantages and the downsides of fast track procedures in international arbitration.<\/p>\n
