This session will explore key behavioural insights shaping arbitral and judicial reasoning, offering valuable guidance for counsel and parties navigating complex proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf99 Speaker<\/p>\n<p>Mukhit Yeleuov, Partner, ADL Disputes<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Yeleuov is a co-founding partner at ADL Disputes and heads the firm\u2019s Astana office. With over 20 years of disputes experience, he has represented clients in high-value and complex matters before international arbitral tribunals, the AIFC Court, and courts in Kazakhstan, including the Supreme Court. He frequently acts as a Kazakh law expert in international proceedings and occasionally serves as an arbitrator.
