\ud83c\udf10A New Chapter in International Cooperation<\/p>\n

We were delighted to welcome Gao Shengyuan, the Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress, and Dr. Xiaochun Liu, President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), along with their accompanying delegation, to our Centre.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, attended by ISTAC Vice President Att. Egemen G\u00fcrc\u00fcn and ISTAC Secretary General Att. Yasin Ekmen, the parties exchanged information on the growing interest of Chinese companies in T\u00fcrkiye, their investment decisions, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s strategic importance in the region, Turkish arbitration practices, and on both ISTAC and SCIA. Following the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement was signed, further strengthening the institutional dialogue between ISTAC and SCIA. This collaboration will provide a significant foundation for joint projects and knowledge in the field of international arbitration.<\/p>\n

We remain committed to establishing closer ties and fostering effective cooperation with international arbitration centres.<\/p>\n
