ABOUT THE CONFERENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) is delighted to co-host a half-day conference \u201cThe Psychology of the Arbitration Hearing<\/em>\u201d with TUGA | ARAT and Patocchi & Marzolini on 28 March 2019, in Istanbul.\u00a0The panels will consist of speakers from common and civil law backgrounds, including Christopher Harris QC, Laurence Shore, Dr. Ragnar Harbst, Prof. Giacomo Rojas Elgueta, Prof. Dr. Ziya Ak\u0131nc\u0131, Paolo Marzolini, Dr. \u0130smail G. Esin and Umut Tuga,\u00a0<\/span>as well as distinguished psychologist Dr. Leslie Ellis.<\/span><\/p>\n The Conference is intended to be practical in its approach, it will be of interest to lawyers, general commercial lawyers, arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, experts and business people. This Conference will be conducted in English.
