{"id":18472,"date":"2018-05-19T23:15:15","date_gmt":"2018-05-19T20:15:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/istac.org.tr\/?p=18472"},"modified":"2018-07-05T23:17:39","modified_gmt":"2018-07-05T20:17:39","slug":"young-istac-joined-the-co-chairs-circle-ccc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/istac.org.tr\/en\/young-istac-joined-the-co-chairs-circle-ccc\/","title":{"rendered":"Young ISTAC Joined the Co-Chairs\u2019 Circle (CCC)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This year, G\u00fcrhan Ayd\u0131n, Naz\u0131m Can I\u015f\u0131kta\u00e7, Ceren \u00c7ak\u0131r Akg\u00fcn and Ekin Tuna, members of the Executive Committee of Young ISTAC, have represented Young ISTAC at the Third Global Conference of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.co-chairs-circle.com\/\">Co-Chairs\u2019 Circle<\/a> (\u201cCCC\u201d), which is a platform for the exchange between the representatives of under 40 groups of numerous international arbitration institutions, on 18-19 May 2018, in Rome. Currently, 30 young arbitration groups participate in the CCC.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s conference was hosted by ARBIT (<em>Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR<\/em>), in partnership with Universit\u00e0 Roma Tre,\u00a0AIA Associazione Italiana per l&#8217;Arbitrato\u00a0ve\u00a0CAM. Panels regarding future of arbitration, current role of litigation in settlement of cross-border disputes and effect of party appointed experts were held in the all day long event. Professionals from several arbitration institutions and young lawyers have shared their experiences and knowledge with the participants in these panels.<\/p>\n<p>While the panels have drawn intense attention of the participants, Young ISTAC was presented to and has joined the Co-Chairs\u2019 Circle at the meeting held after the conference.
