We Held the Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum and the International Dispute Resolution Symposium

We were pleased to collaborate with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce during the ADR Forum and Global Dispute Resolution Symposium held in Istanbul on May 4–8.

The programme brought together judges, ADR centre representatives and dispute resolution experts from various jurisdictions, including Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Malaysia, Montenegro, Morocco, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Poland, Serbia, Tunisia, Türkiye, Ukraine, the United States and Uzbekistan, to discuss the development of effective and modern dispute resolution mechanisms.

The programme also provided a valuable platform for the exchange of international perspectives and experiences in alternative dispute resolution.
