Istanbul Arbitration Centre Visits The Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants of Istanbul

Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants of Istanbul was visited by ISTAC Board of Directors (YMMO) on September 5, 2016. In the wake of this visit, it is decided that ISTAC and YMMO will collaborate.

Pursuant to this collaboration, YMMO will assist by explaining the advantages of ISTAC and promoting the use of ISTAC arbitration clause in contracts. ISTAC will inform the sworn-in public accountants on ISTAC arbitration by organizing seminars, conferences and various other training programs. ISTAC will also support sworn-in public accountants in participating in arbitration proceedings as expert arbitrators or expert witnesses regarding the cases that deal with their area of expertise.

We hope that this collaboration between ISTAC and YMMO will be beneficial for the business world.
