ISTAC Signed Cooperation Agreement with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA)
We are delighted to announce that on April 28, 2017, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) and the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
The cooperation agreement establishes a framework for the two institutions to join forces in the promotion of arbitration as a means for the peaceful settlement of international disputes, and in raising awareness about developments in the field.
Pursuant to this agreement, each institution will be able to hold hearings and meetings at the other’s premises, and will assist with the arrangement of local support services for such events.
