The Maritime Trade Magazine issued by the Chamber of Shipping included an interview with the President of ISTAC Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı in their November 2016 issue. In the interview, Prof. Dr. Akıncı answered questions on ISTAC’s structure, the advantages it provides for the parties, how the arbitrators are selected and the use of ISTAC especially on disputes that are on a smaller scale.
