The standart contracts annexed to the Implementation of Public Procurement Regulations were amended by the Regulations published in the Official Gazette dated 30 December 2017 and numbered 30286.
Pursuant to this amendment which will be effective as of 19 January 2018, Turkish public authorities may now refer to ISTAC Arbitration for both domestic and international contracts.
This amendment to the public procurement regulation shall ensure the resolution of disputes in an efficient, expeditious and cost-effective manner. This legal intervention equally contributes to the creation of a more convenient legal environment for foreign investors.
