Announcement of ISTAC Board’s Decision with regard to cases in which claim is in foreign currency!
In its meeting dated 08.08.2024, the ISTAC Board resolved that in cases where the claim is in foreign currency, including pending cases, the initially determined costs for the proceedings will be recalculated on the date of closure of the proceedings by taking the effective sales rate of the Central Bank of Republic of Turkiye into account.
