The ‘Arbitration Day’ event, jointly organized by ISTAC and the Turkish Cypriot Bar Association, attracted great interest

As the Istanbul Arbitration Centre, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of the “Arbitration Day” event, which is co-organized with the Cyprus Turkish Bar Association and which attracted strong interest.

The programme addressed a range of current issues in arbitration practice. Our President, Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı, delivered a keynote speech titled “ISTAC Arbitration and the Importance of Arbitration for Lawyers,” while our Vice Chair of the Board, Att. Egemen Gürcün, delivered the opening remarks.

In addition, a meeting was held with the Board of the Association to discuss the development and promotion of arbitration practice in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
