We are pleased to share that our President, Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı, participated as a speaker in a panel on alternative dispute resolution in the construction and energy sectors, held at Le Meurice as part of Paris Arbitration Week.

The event organized by Masin brought together practitioners to discuss the increasing importance of ADR mechanisms in managing risk and preserving commercial relationships in large-scale, complex, and cross-border projects. Discussions focused on when and how ADR tools are most effective, the practical challenges faced in their implementation, and the role of technical, legal, and commercial considerations in shaping outcomes. Drawing on real project and dispute experience, the panel offered practical insights into navigating ADR strategies in some of the most dispute-prone industries globally.
