This session will explore key behavioural insights shaping arbitral and judicial reasoning, offering valuable guidance for counsel and parties navigating complex proceedings.

Mukhit Yeleuov, Partner, ADL Disputes

Mr. Yeleuov is a co-founding partner at ADL Disputes and heads the firm’s Astana office. With over 20 years of disputes experience, he has represented clients in high-value and complex matters before international arbitral tribunals, the AIFC Court, and courts in Kazakhstan, including the Supreme Court. He frequently acts as a Kazakh law expert in international proceedings and occasionally serves as an arbitrator. Mr. Yeleuov is also a Board Member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association (KazBar).
