The Conference “Limitations to Party Autonomy in International Arbitration” was successfully conducted
On 12th of October, 2018 ISTAC held the conference “Limitations to Party Autonomy in International Arbitration” in Istanbul, Shangri-La Hotel Bosphorus.
The conference was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ercüment Erdem and Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld was invited as speaker. Dr. Rosenfeld explained the limitations to party autonomy through examples from different legal systems and Prof. Dr. Erdem evaluated the topic in regard to the Turkish arbitration law.
The conference was closed with a Q & A session. We would like to thank all the participants and speakers. We are especially thankful to Prof. Dr. Ercüment Erdem and Dr. Friedrich Rosenfeld for their valuable contributions to the organization.
