ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) is delighted to co-host a 1-day conference “M&A Disputes” with Baker McKenzie on 18 January 2019, in Istanbul. The Conference brings together leading practitioners from different countries, including Anlam Altay, Ayşegül Huysal, Beata Gessel, Burcu Şener Sözer, Ebru Gürdemir, Edward Poulton, Ercüment Erdem, Gökhan Altun, İsmail G. Esin, Hamid Gharavi, Melissa Magliana, Okan Demirkan, Osman Berat Gürzumar, Paolo Michele Patocchi, Urs Zenhäusern, and Ziya Akıncı. They will offer advice and share insights into the perspectives of arbitration counsel, in-house counsel and arbitrators. The Conference is intended to be practical in its approach, it will be of interest to transaction lawyers, general commercial lawyers, arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, experts and business people. This Conference will be conducted in English. No simultaneous translation will be offered.

Registration

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunch and networking reception.

Attendance is limited due to the capacity of the venue. All applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

A substitute delegate is welcome at any time and no extra charge if you are unable to attend. Full payment will be imposed if cancellation is made within 5 days of the event date. This also applies to any “no-shows” on the day of event.

All notices of cancellations or replacements must be made in writing to istac@istac.org.tr and must be acknowledged by ISTAC.
