16 April 2016 ISTAC Arbitration Conference Successfully Held
Young ISTAC’s Arbitration Conference was successfully held on 16 April 2016 at Galatasaray University.
After the opening speech of Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı, the fist session of the conference started with the presentation of Dr. Karen Akıncı about the “Arbitration Agreement”.
During the second session, Dr. Cemile Demir Gökyayla delivered her speech entitled “Procedural Rules in ISTAC Arbitration Compared with Turkish Court’s Procedures” and Dr. Candan Yasan presented “ISTAC Arbitration and Enforcement of ISTAC Arbitration Agreement”.
