ISTAC Arbitration in “Recent Topics in Private International Law” Symposium
The international symposium organized by Anadolu University was held on 21-22 April 2016 at Eskişehir with the participation 0f 1073 guests including scholars, counsels, notaries, experts and law students.
Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı presided over the session of “international commercial law and international arbitration law” on 21 April 2016. During this session, Dr. Cemile Demir Gökyayla delivered her speech entitled “Powers and Duties of the ISTAC Board of Arbitration”, and Dr. Candan Yasan presented “ISTAC Fast Track Arbitration“.
